Policy:

Cancellation & No Show Policy:

To ensure quality service for all our clients, some appointments are guaranteed only with a credit card.

Late Policy:

Should you be running late, we will hold your appointment for 15 minutes provided we hear from you. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the service will be adapted to time left and the full amount will be charged.

Cancellation Policy:

Appointments have to be cancelled at least 24 hours in advanced.

No Show Policy:

We all have busy schedules, so please be aware that we have to charge a $50 fee, for a no show.Groupons and other Vouchers: If you made an appointment and don’t cancel in time, or no show, the Groupon is not longer valid. In case you rebook, the amount you paid for the Groupon, will be deducted from the regular Full Set price.

Safety:

Cleanliness is essential in our Spa. We care about our clients to properly disinfect tools to destroy potentially harmful and infection causing microorganisms.

• Each station has their own tool sterilizer. We use heat sterilizer, same as used in dentist offices. Nothing is worse then receiving a lash treatment with unclean tweezers.
• After every client we change the sheets on the head rest.
• For permanent makeup procedures we only use onetime needles and cases. Our tattoo machine is back flow proofed.
• We never double tip in our wax container.Please be aware that our treatment chairs have a weight capacity of (300lbs).
